The Phoenix library project included landscape design of the existing site with the aim to update the grounds with water-wise, fire-resistant, pollinator-friendly plantings and maintaining attractive, welcoming and usable spaces for the public.

The proposed installation included a new pollinator garden, gathering space, accessible pathways, renovation of existing accessible routes, intuitive wayfinding, enhanced planting and irrigation system, drainage improvements and fencing.

The project also included the design of a honeybee hive structure proposed to be installed inside the library.
