Located in Central Point, the project included renovation of two existing buildings for the purpose of constructing a new K-2 early learning campus, and improving the existing site parking and paving to support the K-2 outdoor educational programming. The school was being designed for the immediate capacity of 300 students and to serve as a Choice School for the District - capitalizing on the use of forward thinking materials and a bio-phillic design concept. In addition to parking lot reconfigurations and site-wide landscape updates, a new driveway apron was proposed off of Hopkins Road to be utilized by the residential neighbor to the north and by school bus ingress for the school.
