The recently completed project at E. Jefferson Avenue by the Southern Oregon Goodwill, includes a new 13,468 sf retail, donation and warehouse facility. The new facility serves as the primary retail store, warehouse space, job connection services office and donation drop-off for Goodwill in Ashland, with 7,640 sf of retail area, 1,550 sf of the Job Connection area and 4,268 sf of Warehouse area.  In addition to the new building, the project consisted of miscellaneous site improvements including new paving, sidewalks, parking, loading dock access and landscaping.
