The Medford School District Educational Center (MSDEC) Oakdale Middle School Renovation project consists of an extensive renovation of a 139,610 sq ft historic educational campus to a middle school, an alternative educational site, and warehouse. The project involves design and construction administration work at the Main building including seismic retrofit, accessibility upgrades, mechanical, electrical, plumbing upgrades, and miscellaneous site improvements
as well as additional seismic upgrade to the Gym.
