Ashland Middle School/TRAILS, is a one-storey school of approximately 106,484 sqft, with a separate detached classroom wing for grades 7/8 and a gymnasium structure. The project is broken up into two separate school renovations that share the same campus providing exterior and interior renovations along with general accessibility and restroom upgrades. The TRAILS is to be relocated to the existing south wing, which will be reconfigured for its proprietary use.
