The 426 A street building is a 3,996 sf mixed-use, 
commercial/ residential space located in Ashland’s Historic Railroad  District. There are three commercial/retail spaces on ground level and two residential suites on the second-story. 
Sustainable Features: 7.8 kw solar panel system, water efficiency measures, and high-efficiency mechanical heating/ cooling systems.  It has achieved a LEED Gold Rating due to its sustainability standards.
